In Loving Memory of Allen Birzack
New Bern, NC, is grieving the tragic loss of 23-year-old Allen Birzack, who passed away in a motorcycle accident on the evening of September 2, 2025.
The collision occurred around 8:19 p.m. near the Handy Mart at 1800 S. Glenburnie Road, when Birzack, traveling southbound on his motorcycle, was struck by a Toyota Camry attempting to turn left from a parking lot. Despite the rapid response of emergency personnel, Birzack was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Camry was unharmed.
Family, friends, and the community are remembering Allen for his vibrant spirit, kindness, and the joy he brought to those around him. A close friend shared, “We will miss you, Allen. Rest in peace.”
South Glenburnie Road was temporarily closed as authorities investigated the accident, highlighting the fragility of life and the importance of road safety. Memorial details will be shared by the family as they honor Allen’s life and legacy.
